The story has been very interesting so far, a young boy wakes up crying one morning due to the fear of not remembering his mother's face, his father then takes him to the cementary of forgotten books there is thousand of books and Daniel has the opportunity to chose one that he would like for himself. He looks for about half an hour and then decides on a book that seems isolated in one corner, "The Shadow of the Wind." He begins to read that afternoon and he can't seem to put the book down. He reads all night, the next day he asked his father if he knew anything about the book and the author and his father said he didn't but he knew someone who might. He went and met up with the guy his father had talked to him about and after examing the book the man tries to buy it from him but Daniel refuses. They agree to meet the next day so that Daniel can get more information about the book, but the man states that he MUST bring the book along, do you think that the man is trying to trick Daniel so that he can take the book? If so, what is so important about the book?

The Perks of Being a Wallflower is a novel written as a series of letters by the main character, Charlie. He seems to be a very strange boy in the beginning, however as the novel continues Charlie begins to find himself and through his letters we the readers arew able to figure out his true identity as well. The most important theme in the novel is "Holding Secrets" because in the end we are able to find out the secret that was haunting Charlie, what really explains his actions throughout the novel. Charlie's secret also forces him into conformity, he doesn't want "his friends" to know that he is hiding something that makes him "different" from them so he conforms to them and imitates their actions even though it leads him into doing things he normally wouldn't do.

♥♥Have you ever been so ashamed of a secret that you change your whole identity just so that people don't find out???

Night is a novel written by Elie Wiesel, a holocaust survivor who is reminiscing about his expiriences in the concentration camps. It touches various themes including, quest for freedom, ambition, and the power of the human spirit. Elie, the narrator is very ambitious and never lets himself down, he sees the people suffering and even dying all around him and he manages to stay positive. He believes that one day it will all be gone. He is right, the day that the US troops take over the concentration camps and let them free, is the happiest day of his life. He is finally able to search for his family, and although some are gone, he is happy to see his sisters, who were lucky enough to survive the expirience.

Why do people have such bad hearts that they decide to kill a whole race just because??
Do you think something similar to this can happen again??
